Dalloyau

Dalloyau is a prestigious french gastronomy house whose values are: excellence, know-hows valorisation and french “art de vivre” promotion. Agence Yann Montfort based their studies on these values for designing the shops. The design concept recalls brand’s historic origins dating back to Versailles Palace sumptuous times and based on three points.

  • The frieze, as a subtle recall to the french classicism.
  • The fluting, in order to give volume with elegance.
  • Large presentation counters, symbol of sumptuous Louis XIV banquet tables.

The concept is also illustrated by a color chart distributed by “hints” and composed of three tints :

  • Gold, serving as a reminder to the sun and synonym of french luxury.
  • White, for its modernity and elegance.
  • Red, serving as a recall to royalty and greed.
